Insert the battery (label side face down) into the battery compartment. The direction the triangle is pointing shows which way the battery should be inserted.
Charging the battery
Insert the battery (label side face down) into the battery compartment.
Connect the Parrot Hydrofoil to your computer using the provided USB/micro-USB cable.
The “right-eye” LED of the Parrot Hydrofoil lights up in red to show that the battery is being charged. The LED turns off when the battery is fully charged.
The battery takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to charge.
Maintaining the battery
Make sure the battery housing is intact and the terminal is clean. STOP using the battery IMMEDIATELY if the housing is cracked, punctured, or enlarged. Dispose of any discarded battery in compliance with your local safety regulations.
Storing the battery
Store the battery away from direct sunlight in a cool and dry place where the ambient temperature is below 140°F (60°C). We recommend that you disconnect the battery from the drone when you are not flying it; if you plan on not playing with your Parrot Hydrofoil often, run the battery to 50% capacity before storing.
