Hi Parrot Support,

is there any plan to fix this memory problem in Minikit Neo 2 HD firmware ?

The device works fine for some time (1-2 months). After that time is starts saying always "the battery is 100%"... and a device memory clear is needed.

Note that I have always the same phone paired, so my guessing is that the device memory is overloaded while it is synchronizing phonebook. I suspect that phonebook stored in a Minikit is not updated properly - i.e. the old memory is not freed for some reason at phonebook synchronization.

How to clear "always 100% battery" problem in Minikit Neo 2 HD

If your device always says that the battery is 100% (regardless the battery level) it means the problem with device memory.

Clear the memory (by pressing green + red buttons for 2 sec.) and pair the phone again.

Then the battery indicator shall start working again.
