If the battery don't charge after a long period being used, you can : Take out the battery from the headphones Plus the headphone without battery with USB When the LED light switch on, plug the battery, a "clic" can be heard when the battery is correctly inserted. This procedure can be repeated 2 times before working. If the battery doesn't work despite several trials, unplug the headphone and reach your retailler to know more about your warranty and battery replacement possibilities.

Listening to music on my computer using a USB connection Your Zik 3 has to be connected to the computer and switched on in order to listen to music using Audio USB; you’d also have to configure your computer (windows 7, 8, 10, MacOs, Linux). However, after the initial set up, each time you plug the Zik 3 to the computer the audio will be automatically directed to the headphone. Note : we recommend to have the latest firmware installed on the Zik 3. On Mac (Yosemite) Go to   System Preferences > Sound . Select the tab   Outpout . Select   Parrot Zik 3 USB Audio . Enjoy the music with USB on your Zik 3. On Windows 7 Note : ignore the pop-up screen if it appears.       Go to  Configuration Panel > Material and Audio > Sound . In the tab   Lecture , select the audio device that matches with the Zik 3 and click   By default . Click   OK . Enjoy the music with USB on your Zik 3. On Windows 8 Place the curser on the top-right of the screen; a menu appears. Go to   Settings > Configuration Panel > Sound In the tab   Lecture , select the audio device which matches with the zik 3 and click By default . Click  OK . Enjoy the music with USB your Zik 3. On Windows 10 If you use the desktop mode, click on Windows icon, then go to Settings . If you use the tablet mode, go to the main page, and click  Settings . Go to   Customization > Themes > Advanced audio settings . In the tab   Lecture , select the audio device that matches with the Zik 3 and click on   By default . Click   OK . Enjoy the music with USB on your Zik 3 . On Linux v15.04 In the task bar, click   . Go to   Audio settings . In   All settings , in the tab   Output , select the audio device corresponding to Zik 3. Enjoy the music with USB on your Zik 3.
