@X-ParrotCommuni @ParrotAdmin I have a few questions that I would like some answers to. And I am sure that other members of the community will also like some more clarity on. How is the software that is released by Parrot tested and verified? The issues that are reported on this forum are very basic and should be caught by basic testing. I get the idea that there is no descent quality control on Parrot's side. With my conclusion of the previous question being that there is no thorough testing, how can you release software without it being verified? Who takes responsibility if something goes wrong? With a fly-away, the drone can crash into something that can cause a major accident. Earlier this year I had a fly-away. My Bebop 2 flew directly towards the approach path of a major airport. I was outside the no-fly zone but when it went out of control, it just kept going. I did log a call with Parrot. Ticket 867249 was created. I completed a questionaire and never heard from Parrot again. Why is Parrot making unwilling testers from paid customers? I have paid for my Parrot FPV kit, the follow-me functionality and the flight plan. I expect that when I get the latest firmware and software upgrades, it has been tested. Please don't expect me to test it. That's really bad practice. When can we expect fixes for the issues that are reported? From what I read in the forum, there still are many bugs an problems. I am afraid to take my drone for a flight. Can you guarentee that it is safe to take my drone for a flight? If not, why? When can we expect the new features to be documented? Come on, Parrot, fix your stuff and get your customers flying again. And please answer my questions.
